Bull Tough has a new product being developed in China as we speak. This new helmet shell was designed to pass the ASTM national standard. Our face guards have already passed testing. Bull Tough bull riding head gear was recently patented.
Welding is done with a former 15 year employee of NASA Space Program. Having a product that will pass the national standard would allow associations all over the world to require protective head gear for bull riders. We have developed this standard and are currently working on an applicable helmet for our purposes.
Bull Tough would like to display your logo to our market all over the world on these new standardized helmets. Bull Tough has ongoing sales in 48 US states, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Brazil, Italy, and Colombia. Again, this protective helmet will be a first in history to have and pass its own national standard set forth by the ASTM initiated by Bull Tough Inc.
Bull Tough Inc. is raising working capital by selling most valuable stock. Bull Tough had gross receipts of approximately $111,000 in 2007. 2008 is shaping up to have twice the sales without any mandatory requirement for helmets set.

We at Bull Tough have 12 years experience with this company and projected the following numbers to be accurate based on 2006 gross receipts of $64,000. We had an extension on our tax return and recently received our year end evaluation for 07 which concluded our sales to be at $111,333. To date the 08 business year is promising us another double in gross receipts from last years numbers, so triple the growth in sales the last 3 years.
Bull Tough/Dura Bull Incs is raising capital through most valuable stock. We are selling 10% for $64,000. The return on a 10% $64,000 stock buy in would happen in 2.5 years. With this helmet passing the national standard, Bull Tough/Dura Bull Incs would sell an estimated 1,000 plus units per year the first three years. We need to sell 2,672 helmets to make the return on this investment. So, approximately two and a half years we would have a return on your investment and from there forward you would be grossing close to $30,000 a year. Basing the yearly gross on projected 08 sales there would be 3 times the money on the 10% buy in.
The July issue of Pro Bull Rider had another extensive write up on our product. Events are moving forward on the publicity front also. Patent has been obtained recently on this Bull Tough/II Tough bull riding head gear.
These numbers referenced are based on 06 total receipts. We have almost doubled our sales in one year again from 06 to 07 and promising for double in 08. We have left the stock buy in price the same basing the stock dollar amount on 06 sales to attract investors. If you need, I can fax our year end accounting statements.
